I especially enjoy the part that states I told someone Nick tried to catch the rooster.
Keep in mind that this is what was presented to the Judge so he would sign the Search Warrant.
How do you suppose they thought Nick was going to "dispose" of the hen when the SPCA had
instructed us to keep it until paperwork had been filed against Ray's Market?
