Nicholas G. Gombos Arrest Body Trauma on 03-24-04

As a photographer, I realize that all photographs can be modified digitally to reflect anything desired.   All original photos of Nick's injuries are saved in a file with all metadata information, camera information, date taken, etc. to prove that all injuries are depicted correctly and not modified in any manner.   As a security measure, all original pictures are also saved on the Sony 128MB Memory Stick as double proof of non-modification.   The grainy look to the photos is due to the high setting of the Digimarc Watermark System.

Nick's toe lost part of the toenail.

For a diabetic, it's important that no infection set in the foot area.

This happened somewhere along our rock driveway, or one of the Sheriff's stepped on his foot.

All five Sheriff's were in full team gear, including bullet proof clothing, Kevlar vests, guns, huge sticks, high boots, etc. in order

to rescue a chicken under dangerous circumstances because they thought Nick a flight risk.
