Nicholas G. Gombos Arrest Body Trauma on 03-24-04

As a photographer, I realize that all photographs can be modified digitally to reflect anything desired.   All original photos of Nick's injuries are saved in a file with all metadata information, camera information, date taken, etc. to prove that all injuries are depicted correctly and not modified in any manner.   As a security measure, all original pictures are also saved on the Sony 128MB Memory Stick as double proof of non-modification.   The grainy look to the photos is due to the high setting of the Digimarc Watermark System.

This is the spot Nick was in when the Sheriff's handcuffed him.

He did NOT resist arrest, but for some reason four cops were around him and he ended up against the tree.

This is what he was wearing, plus it was cold and starting to rain and around 39 degrees.

Note knee scrapes, but Nick does not remember falling down.

When they got to the jail, they asked Nick if he had any needles, knives, guns, etc. on him while he was still in the car.

Nick said "Does it look like I have any  weapons on me?   The Sheriff said okay, play games with us.

We'll just leave you in the car, and slammed the door shut on him.
