Nicholas G. Gombos Arrest Body Trauma on 03-24-04 As a photographer, I realize that
all photographs can be modified digitally to reflect anything desired. All
original photos of Nick's injuries are saved in a file with all metadata
information, camera information, date taken, etc. to prove that all injuries
are depicted correctly and not
modified in any manner. As a security measure, all original pictures are
also saved on the Sony 128MB Memory Stick as double proof of
non-modification. The grainy look to the photos is due to the high setting
of the Digimarc Watermark System. |

Trauma to Nick's foot.
Our driveway is about 200 feet long, and is just a sharp rock base.
The Sheriff's made Nick walk the full length naked ( brief underpants) and without shoes.
