his had made a big mistake, he had Ray's Market removed from the report, and changed the owner to "Another".

Tripp Report 1 and 01

The original Incident Report is on the left and the new and improved Incident Report is on the right. Please note that Ray's Market has been removed and "Another" has been added.

Tripp Report 2 and 02

Anything highlighted in yellow denotes a change from the original version. Connie Young is listed at the top. She is the lady that phoned and threatened me on 22 March 2004.

Tripp Report 3 and 03

Burke is the only Deputy listed on this sheet. He said in an e-mail that Nick and I were rude that morning they arrested Nick. I guess they expected coffee and donuts.

There are a lot of mis-statements in this report, and I have a totally different version of what happened from another Deputy that was here that early morning at 1:30AM.

Statement From Ray's Market Asking the DA to Drop All Charges Against Nick

Ray's Market asked all charges be dropped against Nick Gombos due to a misunderstanding and no harm was done.

Search Warrant and Charges

This is the tainted Search Warrant and a listing of the charges filed against Nick. We believe this Search Warrant was typed up for Nick; please note that the "Judge" is a "Dude".
